With Vancouver School Bus, booking a charter is easy! You have 3 options, you can fill out the online request form, email us, or call us by phone. Below are some helpful hints to help you to plan your charter with us.
Know the locations you will be starting from and going to
Know the times you will be pick up, dropped off and returning
Know how many people you will be transporting
Know any special considerations, luggage, music, instruments, sports equipment and perhaps multiple pick up locations
Rate Guidelines
Booking with us is easy, we have one dedicated person for all charters and changes to your bookings. Rate quotes are based on the following key factors:
• All charters are based on a 5 hour minimum
• If your 2 transfers are outside of 6 consecutive hours, the transfer rate applies
• All transfers are based on a catchment area of the lower mainland or a max of 25 kms from origin
• The daily rate is based on a maximum of 10 hours
• Travel Time is calculated and added to the quote to and from our yard in Burnaby, BC
• Rates and quotes may vary based on the speciality of the trip
