Vancouver School Bus Charters transports MLA, Adrian Dix on his rally to petition the closures of three East Vancouver Schools.  Parents and children joined from each school on board to protest and hand deliver signed petitions to the Vancouver School Board.  Parents onboard voiced their concerns and applauded the efforts of MLA, Adrian Dix for his efforts and support in delivering a strong message to the Superintendant.  Strong media presence surrounded the rally at each school and the School Board office.

Vancouver School Bus Charters is excited with it’s newest addition to the fleet.  A 2000 Ford E-350 Clubwagon XLT, 15 passenger deluxe mini van.  This fully loaded vehicle comes equipped with Air conditioning, CD/MP3 player, luggage box on the roof, V-10 engine and surround windows.

This vehicle is perfect for transferring small groups to local locations around the lower mainland.  Small overnight trips to Tofino, Victoria or Whistler or conducting private tours for small groups.

Surrey, BC – STAPLES Business Depot and Vancouver School Bus partnered to fundraise for school supplies at the 152nd Street, Surrey location on August 21st. “The “Stuff the Bus” charity is a campaign run by Staples stores all over the world to collect school supplies and donations to get school supplies to children who can’t afford them. In the 124 schools in the Surrey School district alone there will be an estimated 21,000  children who will arrive in September without basic school supplies. We run the “Stuff the Bus” campaign to change that.” – Emily Raven, Organizer

Bouncy Castles and concert stage drew hundreds of interested donators and the event raised over $1,200 in school supplies.  Vancouver School Bus provided Percy #16 to be used to promote the event.  “We were happy to participate in the campaign and help kids in need.” – Jeff Leung, Chief Bus Driver.
